If we are talking about Sunbury Victoria, Great town as it has everything that you need plus more, Real Estate Agents wise Buy from anyone but Dunlop Real Estate and Ray white as both have very poor service (Never got back to us when you ring them)and since living in the area and looking at rentals in Gisborne been told to keep clear from Dunlop Real Estate. But been here now for 4 years and love it.

I also noticed that Johnstown is another city that seems to have a high amount of sex offenders. I would recommend just using the sex offender map on city data or on the state police website and look at houses accordingly.

I'm going with New Albany, in Bradford county. It's a dead town of around 300 people with a median household income of $29,444. I can go through the worst parts of Harrisburg and not blink an eye, because nothing is as run down as this town.
