OP, I'm guessing you'd prefer Elim/Westmont/Southmont to Dunlo. But I know literally nothing about Dunlo other than that it is tiny> And I'm guessing no-one on this forum is very familiar with it.

Your best bet is to visit both places. Both would have harsh winters compared to Baltimore.
