I'm curious to know if it is likely to be able to place my tiny house (10x24) on land I own in a town that has no zoning laws? I'm looking to buy land and I found a recent map that shows town all throughout PA that has no zoning laws.

Not sure what the difference is between this question and this:
//www.city-data.com/forum/penns...ing-codes.html

maybe you should pick a township you're seriously interested in and get in touch with the township office. If they say no, look elsewhere. If they don't have a problem with it (meaning it'd be legal to do) start looking for a specific property.

As pointed out in response to one of your previous posts, there are state-wide laws,and/or county and township regulations. The posters here can give you advice but it's impossible for us to know everything about every township.

Not trying to be snarky but it sounds like you're ready to take the next step.
