What part of Central Pa are you from? You mention words that I'm not familiar with and I lived here for more than 50 years. Any way, Small towns in PA are a great place to riase a family. More recently (last 10 years) there has been an influx of innner center youths. Gangs and drugs are making there way in. Slowly but surely NE PA is becoming a suburb of NY / Phil.
