I found this home and can't get over the fact there is no way to bathe yourself! apparently it has a sink and toidy in the only bathroom-- thats it? sure wish i could drive up there and confirm this. how did they live there? was this a fixer upper?

I live in a area where there aren't any old houses, so i have never seen anything like this. makes me wonder what other surprises are in store while i house hunt in pa.

I think .75 baths means its just a very small bathroom. I'm sure there is a tub or shower. My guess may be that it just has a shower stall rather than a tub/shower combo. If there was no tub/shower, the price would be much less than $84,900. I sure as heck wouldn't pay that much for a house that didn't already have somewhere to bathe.

Yes, I believe a 3/4 bath means sink, toilet and shower stall, but no tub.

That is correct, shower but no tub. Look in the pictures at the realtor.com listing - picture #9 has a shower stall in the left side of the photo.
