out of state car sale (Penn: transfer, DMV, transport)

I purchased a car from a seller on ebay paid for it got it transported from PA to GA and now i notice the back of the title hasn't been notarized but its been signed by the seller does it need to be notarized? for an out of state title transfer in the state of GA

You should probably ask this question on the Georgia forums, because it’s up to the Georgia DMV’s policies on what they will or won’t accept—it’s out of PA’s hands at this point.

Just for reference: I’m fairly certain that in PA, PennDOT would not allow you to process a title transfer into Pennsylvania without the title having been properly notarized (though some unscrupulous messenger/tag services might).

on second look the title has the sellers name on it but it hasnt been signed anywhere thanks for the help though
