I understand this is a long shot, but anyone possibly have any experience living in, or in the immediate vicinity of, Chester View in Royersford?

The commute from Quakertown to Collegeville is killing me and I am sold on Royersford as a town - and the actual flats are stunning on the inside and pretty nice on the outside - just wondering if anyone had any experience good or bad in the development?

-Thanks (and I would be happy to answer any Quakertown area questions)

pardon typo in thread title

I don't live in Chesterview but I live in Spruce Court which is owned and operated by the same group. I can only say that I would be sure to check all available options for housing before settling on this group. Management can be hard to work with and at times bluntly rude. Maintenance leaves quite a lot to be desired. Many times they will just come in and do a quick fix on something instead of actually repairing it. Rent increases are yearly and usually in increments of $20 or more per month.

The area is wonderful, the schools are wonderful, Royersford is great! Just make sure this is where you want to live before signing a lease with this particular group.
