I saw a neat place in Bucks Cnty that was in the high 200's but marked sold. In a little town that apparently has only a one land bridge going in and out of.

Taxes are so high up there and in addition the cold winters do not motivate me to return to that part of the country in general. HOWEVER, those older historic houses, if I found one in the 300's, in an area like that, would find us looking into relocating right quick

One problem. The house is in ****hole Delaware County so the house isn't worth much at all, now if it were in Bucks County Whoa it would be worth like a gazillion dollars or something and Phishead would like it. But since its in ****hole delaware county sadly he doesn't care for it much.

The ****hole Media area. No character here gang.

Its in Media, Delaware County, Pa.

Those older homes hold there value fairly well. If I had to venture a guess without knowing any details I would say between $500K and $600 K

That ones only 379K. 200 Year old Farmhouse. 4 Bedroom, 3 Baths. Not quite what you are showing but nice nonetheless and it's on an acre ( 1.14 ) in a place called Rose Valley

How far from NYC is this area?

NO, the map did not have anything to do with established dates. It was meant to show you that about 5% of the county makes up your dense industrial stereotype, the other 95% is Bucks county-like but with wealthy people living there instead of deer and squirrels.
