I will be in north central PA next week. It's about the same temp 30-70 most places but I am not sure what to do with the increased humidity there. Should I plan on dressing more like early spring? Late spring? Is there still snow on the ground? Have the trees started to bud?

I normally wear pantsuits or pants and a jacket if I am dressing up and rarely wear skirts. Do I need a raincoat and/or umbrella? Should I bring wool or cotton type weights?

It would be great to only bring what I need for the two days.

Temps are supposed to be in the 40's for highs next week here in NE PA (according to our local news) so I'm guessing that it will be about the same where you are. I doubt if you would need wool, but try to do layers if possible. It's been very cold in the mornings, but warms up enough in the PM for just a sweatshirt or sweater. There's a great site called "accuweather.com" that gives you the forecast for for a city two weeks in advance and it's been very accurate when I've used it. You might want to give it a try.

We are just starting to see the daffodils budding and the grass is just starting to turn green where I am in Pike County. It seems to take a very long time for the ground to warm up around here.

Thanks. The best part is getting to see the daffodils bloom twice in a year! They were gorgeous out here this year, it reminded me of my childhood in the midwest.
