We are looking to move to Perkasie and I found a house I really liked, but it is near a low income development. Does anyone know about this?

I don't know where this development is in Perkasie, but as far as Perkasie being dangerous, the answer is no. It's a really nice town, low crime, good schools. I wouldn't hesitate to live in Perkasie.

If I'm not mistaken, Miriam Wood Brown Village is a senior housing facility located on Shadywood. I don't think you would have to be too concerned about the seniors causing trouble, lol. Friends of ours used to live on Hillendale which is directly across 5th street from Shadywood. They were very happy with the neighborhood and that area in general.
