Doing some reading on energy deregulation I've seen several articles that pointed out that Penn's deregulation has been more successful compared to California's approach. Are most Pennsylvanian's satisfied with energy deregulation?

It hasn't happened yet, but it's been shown that on average electric bills rise 30-40% because of it. Fortunately my electric is included in my rent, but god help anyone that actually has to pay for it.

I'd rather keep regulation imo.
