There are some small college towns as well north of Pittsburgh that may work.

Morgantown and Charleston aren't even close to each other. Obviously this an older topic now but if you want to be close to Cleveland as well you're better off just living in Morgantown (not that it's close to "the land" either) then as your wants are all over the place as none of these places are close to each other regarding "somewhere in PA", Cleveland, Morgantown and Charleston.

Grove City is a nice place and Butler Pa had a pretty built up downtown. That's closer to Cleveland. but Butler is getting closer to Pittsburgh.
