I am not sure about how good the school district is yet. We were up there back in the fall and we saw the high school and it looks very nice. The town itself is quaint and the people are friendly.

We go up there every year for vacation. My inlaws have a cabin there in tafton. I heard the school was great. I love it up there. Great small town. Every one is friendly. We went to Earnharts for dinner one night while we were up there. We met a local he was there for a couple of years. He said at first people needed to gain your trust. He was single. I think with kids you will meet very friendly people. I get a kick out of their 4th of July parade. It reminds me of leave it to beaver town. All the children hold the small American Flag. It was great. Also they have the firemans picnic which is also great. Sorry I could go on and on. I just love the area. But like I said I have heard great things about the schools.
