I'm not familiar with that community. Where is it, and is that the real name? Tink-wig?

Tink Wig is located in Hawley PA. I'm not really familiar with it, but if you do a search on "Tink Wig", you'll get a link to their Property Owner's Assoc., and it looks like their whole list of rules and regulations is on there.

Default Tink-Wig is in Lackawaxen Township

It is a nice community with many new homes being built. The property size ranges from 1 Acre and up. It has a woodsy feel. There are different sections of Tink-Wig which is off Rt. 590. You can pick up a piece of property from about $10,000 to $30,000 or a bit more.
There is a pool, a club house and a lake that you can fish or go out in a canoe in. The rules don't seem very strict but they still are rules.

Woodloch Springs is also at the back of Tink-Wig. Homes in that community are pretty high priced and well kept. The area is close to Hawley which is about 5 -10 mins. away. Honesdale is just up Rt. 6 and about 15 minutes away. In Honesdale there is a Walmart, Home Depot, Pizza Hut, car dealerships, Chinese Restaurant, Movie theater, and other stores for your needs. You would be about 40 minutes from Scranton which is to the west.

Overall, it's a nice community.
