Thinking of moving to Chester County and we have an option of sending our child to St. Joseph in Downingtown or Pope John Paul II in Coatesville. Any idea which one is better?

My relatives have attended St. Joseph's - one graduates next week! They seemed pleased with it and did very well. Pretty good sized parish school, but not overcrowded or anything. Good CYO athletic programs too. Good choir/music as well.

I don't know anything about Pope John Paul II - I think it was the merging of two other schools to make JPII. If that is the case, then you might think that St. Joe's has been more established.
