My wife and I will be spending a relaxing Labor Day weekend in the Clarion - Cook Forest area. Any recommendations for restaurants in the area? I recall stopping at the "Clarion Clipper" some years ago. Is that still around?

Gateway Lodge in Cook Forest has a wonderful restaurant! It is a very romantic setting with a menu that delights the tastebuds. It has been a spot that my fiance and I continue to revisit when we are in the area.

I absolutely agree. Have been there twice on visits to the area. One was a magical December night just before New Years Day. Would like to be closer (California).

Slippery Rock has a great Brew Pub and restaurant. Terrific menu and super tasty beer.
