ME TOO! My home is below market price now. It is a great investment for anybody wanting to make some quick cash. I hope we sell before August too.

There seems to be a lot of people originally from PA that are moving back to PA. I relocated in DE and now NC. I didn't like DE and I like NC even less. Now it is not the location. NC is one of the most beautiful states I have been in, but the people...well, they are just not PA people. I was born in Lancaster PA, and grew up in Philadelphia. People were tough but the best neighbors I ever had. I miss the PA people and the food. My house in NC is up for sale and I will be looking forward to moving back to PA.

you said it...the people are just not friendly either down here, donsabi.
I was born in NYC and grew up in Brooklyn and Queens. When I got married we moved eventually to Jersey and then to Podunk Florida LOL
These people don't know how to smile at all. They have no sense of humor.
I love Pa. We always would take a ride for the weekend or for vacation.
I can't wait to sell my house...I am getting so fustrated.
