I am looking for a good location to relocate to in either Pike or Wanye Cty. Do not need to worry about school system , retired. Looking for quiet are not to far from shopping ( for the wife) restuarants ect. Seeking low taxes if possible coming from Delaware that could be hard .

Yes, it has happened to me too (not with this thread starter)... after spending quite a long time typing a thoughtful reply... then you never hear another word! Not even a thanks! Oh well... however the really nice ones you have a good communication with make up for it, hopefully

We're considering buying a second home in Wayne Cnty. Maybe the Hideout, or Greentown.

That is if the right deal was presented . I heard the market in general is coming back down. Hopefully as potential buys thats the case.

My Wife and I are thinking of renting a chalet or house in that area for a month so we could come up and look seriously.
