Chalfont is going to be your best bet, though the traffic is going to crawl during rush hour.

Don't necessarily rule out all of Fountain Hill. My uncle and his better half used to reside there along Norway Place in a pleasant Cape Cod-styled home, and his neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet. The town was walkable with plenty of sidewalks, places of worship, and small businesses. His neighborhood consisted mostly of empty-nesters and widows/widowers, many of whom were white-collar retirees. I'm sure other parts of Fountain Hill may be sketchy, but his immediate area was a place I myself would not mind residing in someday, and I'm a rather discerning buyer.
