Hi,

I'm relocating to PA from NY for a new job and am looking for a rental apartment in lansdale, colmar, hatfield regions. Could someone suggest good 1BD or studio apartments for rent. How much would it cost me? Are these areas expensive for living? How about the crime rate? Is it safe to live in these areas?
I'm single and not really worried about schools and stuff, my preference would be to live in a decent neighborhood.

Thanks

Has anyone lived in Hatfield Apartments (in Hatfield) or Valley Stream Apartments (in Lansdale). I'm moving to PA soon and considering these two apartments. Can someone share their experiences living in these apartments.

Thanks

Gordon, I know people who have lived in both but I never have. There are plenty of opportunities in the area and the turnover rate in apartment complexes outside of Philadelphia is very high. There really aren't any bad neighborhoods in Hatfield or Lansdale. Philadelphia has a high crime rate but the suburbs, with a few exceptions, are relatively safe.
