I live in Hunterdon County New Jersey right now but one day my fiancee and I hope to start a small farm raising some livestock (goats/sheep), growing Christmas trees, some fruits and vegetables, and selling firewood. As much as we'd love to stay close to friends and family here in New Jersey it just gets tougher and tougher every year to find land, make the taxes, etc...so we're widening our scope a bit. Anyone doing this or something similar in Northampton or Monroe Counties?

this discussion about farming is now a thread in the NEPA forum.

Monroe county you can also try posting in NEPA, and for Northampton, you can try the Lehigh Valley forum...as that's where those counties are situated.
