I am in need of an indoor facility for approx. 40 people for a birthday party for beginning of May since the weather might be too cool for a outdoor location. We are looking for an inexpensive place anywhere from the Breiningsville area to Leesport/Blandon. Fire Hall, lodge, enclosed pavilions...?

Cabela's. I organized a meeting there about three years ago and people LOVED it. They were great to work with too. Cabela's -- Retail Stores

This may sound a little crazy but since you were talking about inexpensive - have you thought about any campgrounds in the areas you are looking at. Some campgrounds have an indoor pavillion and if the weather is nice there may be other things to do like miniature golf etc. I had a friend who rented one many years ago. They weren't camping there - just rented the pavillion. It was for a birthday party and it turned out very nice. Just a suggestion.
