Do you mean Sky View Lake in Greentown? If so, yes I am familiar with it. It's very nice...average lot sizes are 1/2 acres. There is a modular home builder, Regent Homes, that has 3 models right on Route 390. We did look at them and they are very nice. Also, the owner (not sure if this is the right term) of the community is very nice. I've had a few conversations with her over the phone and she's very interested in improving the community. If you do a Google search on Sky View Lake you will be directed to their own website. Greentown is located in Pike County, north of Monroe County. It's a bit more rural than Monroe and the taxes are lower. It's a beautiful area. We are building in Sugar Hill Estates, which is right next door. Lot sizes are larger.
