It's unfair to blame Rendell without blaming the legislature as well. Both sides are acting like toddlers throwing a tantrum. I know it's easy (and apparently popular) in this state to just point fingers at the governor, but there's a bigger picture to this (and every) issue.

No it is not unfair to Blame Rendell... As he is the one that always wants to raise taxes... The Governemnt, Federal and State needs to cut their Budgets by a min of 25% and lower the Taxes on the Middle Class working people... Stop giving to people that are to Lazy to help themselves...

There is no such thing as a Republican in Pennsylvania. It is either hard Socialism or light Socialism. Obvioulsy Rendell is on the hard end. The state needs a true Republican Liberterian who will shut down the state stores and create a legitimate free market! Rendell is a disgrace!

Um, if I were to think of a state that had any semblance of socialism in its operations, I would think California. Pennsylvania is centrist at best.
