Hello forum,

After perusing several newer threads on the General PA forum recently I noticed a common theme---people are being very unspecific about which part of PA they would like to call home. I even saw the phrase "the PA area" in one new thread. With all due respect Pennsylvania is a pretty large and diverse state, and it can easily take 6.5 hours to get from Erie to Philadelphia or from Honesdale to Washington. I don't quite think some of you realize that when you want to know "what's a good part of the PA area in which to live?" that we really can't help you much. I noticed several newbies have been using that suggested questionnaire template, which we prospective helpers really appreciate, but PLEASE give us enough background information to give you an informed reply instead of forcing us to "dig" it out of you!
