Ok- I learned some of this the hard way. Let me explain. The wrong crowd can pull you down. A neighbors company makes a ton of noise frolicking to the car at all hours. 1 am, 2 am, 4 am. This is not a good way to blend in. The people who must get up for work will come to be annoyed.
