Thats a pretty broad question, I'll give you a pretty broad answer. My guess is your total taxes will be in the area of $2000. You utilities will be more difficult to guess, but maybe in the ballpark of $2000, the bulk of that will be winter heating costs.

The price of heating the home will depend on how big the home is and how good the insulation is and the windows and doors and how good you are about not wasting energy.

The electricity isn't bad per a KW. You can look at the rates for First Energy - GPU - Penelec electricity for the Erie area.

Water isn't any worse.

Gas is usually National Fuel and Gas - which has the cheapest rates in the state.

But the taxes would go by which area you live in. My cousins lives on the east side of town and their taxes - for a house which they tried to sell for $100,000 and is about the size of a box of crackers is about $7000 a year.

They had their house on the market for 2 years for $115,000 and no one had enough money to buy their house. If they would have bought the house they wanted on the South side of the town, they probably would have lost it, because the house payment and the insurance and the taxes would have been as much as or more then what they had coming in. And my cousin is a mid level employee for Erie Insurance and has been there 40 years.
