Yeah I Love Harrisburg, it has everything right in the Middle.of everything just check it out you'll see, Lancaster is not really cool with outsiders, York is Kinda Low Class and dirty, But HBG GOT EVERYTHING Just choose the right spot meaning surrounding urban areas like chambers hill, Oberlin, bressler, enhaut, Paxtang, union deposite colonial park Hershey, middletown etc. But i love tri c meaning oberlin enhaut and bressler has a Great space community area, Just check it out.

Forbes.com recently ranked the worst cities for business in 2014. York, Lancaster and Reading all ranked some of the worst cities in the US for business climate. So I'm saying choose Harrisburg. Being a state capital it will always have at least SOME white collar jobs. The same can't be said for York, Lancaster and Reading though..
