It's been like that since I've been alive. The place is an embarrassment. What a sorry piece of crap that place is. And yet, they continue to believe that the way to turn it all around is to steal money from hardworking people from other areas of the state and create programs to help these fools. It never works. There are a lot of rumors that John Murtha's wife will run for his seat. If they vote for her, the place is dead to me. Flood it again and start over.
