ok so here goes (i'll try not to make this too long!!)

my wife and i are looking to move to yardley pa in 2011. we've capped ourselves as far as pricing is concerned to $425k (seen alot of great homes for that price so far). i'll still be working in nyc (office is located right across from penn station). done some research and yardley seems like a great place for us, but a few questions if anyone can help:

- how far of a drive is it to hamilton train station?
- is there a main street type area (we currently live 10 minute walking, 2 minute drive distance to our town's small main street: grocery store, barber, banks, restaurants/bars, pharmacy, dentist, etc...)
- are there any adult sports league around (31 and i play basketball, flag fb, lacrosse and manage/play a summer co ed softball team)
- any information/input about yardley would be greatly appreciated!!

so to sum up:
When are you moving? 2011
Where are you coming from? Floral Park, Long Island
Where will you be working? NYC (right across from Penn Station)
Have you been here yet? not yet, planning on going for a weekend this summer
Will you buy or rent? Buy
If buying, are you looking for a house or a condo? How much can you spend? House - $300k - $425k

Are you married or single? Do you have children? Married and hoping to start a family after we move
Do you prefer public or private schools? Public
Do you have pets? have a small dog
Do you want or need a yard? yes (big preferably
Are you keeping a car? Yes (have 2)

Once again thank you for any and all help!!!
