rental company (Springfield: real estate, rental homes, homes)

Does anyone know of any Management companys that rent homes in Springfield (Delaware) county. I am looking to rent a 4br. 2 ba. home for a year in a nice neighborhood.

Try calling some of the real estate agencies in Springfield...they might be able to point you in the right direction. Springfield isn't really the type of town with an abundance of rental homes. I don't know of a town house-like development off the top of my head that might offer such rentals in Springfield.
