My husband and I are relocating from Texas through work to Pensacola (wanting to live in Gulf Breeze). We have two young boys and were wondering what your thoughts of living in Gulf Breeze are? I have read tons on Gulf Breeze and love what I see/read about the area, schools, lifestyle. We love the beach and the laid back lifestyle, so we feel like this will be a good fit for us, but need some reassurance. What can you tell me about living in Gulf Breeze? Neighborhoods to live in, stay away from, etc. Any good inside information will help. Also, we were wondering how much the home insurance with the natural disaster and flood insurance cost? I am assuming everyone needs to have this???
