I was hoping that someone out there could help me with understanding why sequestration is affecting benefits for the entitlement programs? Obama indicated that Sequestration would not affect those programs. Another thing... quote from

FLUID//Florida unemployment Internet Direct Claims " In order to comply with Federal mandate, Florida is required to reduce the EUC entitlement for all EUC Tier III claimants to three weeks or 15.79 percent of their regular state entitlement, whichever is less." Therefore if you are receiving the maximum of $275.00 on regular state entitlement under Tier II and Tier III (under taxpayer relief act is 7 weeks of benefits) How can the State of Florida reduce the entitlement to a total of three weeks at 231.00 dollars/week? Those numbers do not add up ....Can anyone shed some light on the this subject?

I am already scrimping by.

Classy.

EUC was cut 20% as well. It was the popular number for most sequestration cuts.
