Bob Williams, born in Louisiana, but a New Mexico resident for over 40 years at his death in 1985 in Bloomfield NM. was the father of friends of mine. They lost track of him through a divorce and would love to have some family history. If you knew Bob could you please let us know. He was married to Evelyn in the 1950s and had a one year old son (Robert Jr.)die in Las Cruces NM in 1953. He may have played on baseball teams in the area.
Thanks in advance for any information you can give us.
Diane

I did not know him but by using Ancestry I found his birth and death dates and that he was married 3 times. Can I find more for you?

Thank you for the information. We have traced him in ancestry. He and his wife (we have never found hard proof that there was a marriage but assume so) Evelyn, must have been divorced. He had 4 children with her that were given up in Louisiana. Another one died (Robert Jr) in New Mexico. The 4 Louisiana sisters have now found each other. We have been told that there was a 5th sister born 2/21/1957 who is still unaccounted for and we have found no further trace of Evelyn. We are trying to determine where Bob was in 1957 to see if that would give us a hint as to where the missing sister was born. The tree in Ancestry for the Williams family is being developed by the above mentioned sisters in our search for "Baby Sister" Williams.

I sincerely appreciate your input.
