Sheila is my ex sister-in-law. I talked to your Uncle Howard (Sheila's brother today). I am trying to do genealogy work my daughter and I don't have a lot of information about your grandmother. Your Uncle Howard doesn't either. Would you have your mom contact me so I can compare notes please? I'm so happy you got in contact with her.

I wish I could help you. I've done family searches of my own so I know how difficult it is How common is the name Ferrell? I looked in my local phone book and discovered quite a few -- no Sheilas, but a Mary, a Margaret, and a Matty. What does the "What does the "M" stand for in your mother's name.

You can also google her name and see what comes up. In the past I've googled my own name and got an immediate result, correct address and telephone number, age, previous addresses.

If you do google, you'll also find other pathways (as you may already know) that will enable your search.
