Hello, I am searching for a man named Frank Reed.. not sure on the spelling of the last name. He would be an older man between 67-75 years old.. He worked on the Railroad or did subcontracting work for the Railroad. He lived in Clarksville, TN in the 70"s sometime. He did a subcontracting job in Heavener, OK in 1973 and has a 34 year old daughter looking for him.. He knows about her and went looking for her once but at the time my mother would not let him see her.. He once worked in New York for Frank Sapino or Sapino Railroad??
