I found a marriage record for a Jodie D. Allen (30) to Thomas M. Earley (30) m. 14 January, 1978, in Los Angeles, CA, record (County#19, Registrar #1616, State Fle #1598) The record states that Jodie was born "About 1948", so late 1947 would fit.

Original data: State of California. California Marriage Index, 1960-1985. Microfiche. Center for Health Statistics, California Department of Health Services, Sacramento, California.)

But that same Thomas M. Earley married Irene L. Riley in 1988 and there is no record of Jodie D. Earley anywhere.

I don't see anywhere on this thread that any social security # of a man is listed. So, I am a bit confused by your post?

I am trying to help my friend Krystal find her mom who's name is Jodie Diane Allen. As far as we know she is alive and would be 63yrs old. She had lived in Arizona and California in the 1970's.

I just don't want the thread to de-rail off the subject--finding Jodie Diane Allen. Thank you.

Still looking to help my friend find her mom. Her mom's name is Jodie Diane Allen born 10/10/1947 lived in Arizona and California. Please help me. I am wondering if anyone can locate a phone # or current address for her ex-husband Thomas M Earley of Burbank,CA area. They married in 1978. But think the marriage ended before 1987 as he was living and married to another woman Irene by 1988 in Nevada. Think he may be able to tell my friend what happened to her mother after their marriage. Maybe this man still knows where she lives nowadays. Any help findingg Jodie Diane Allen or her ex hubby Thomas Michael Earley would be helpful.

Birth records might seem like the first place to start research, but experts recommend looking into death records first and marriage records second, followed by birth records (because they are usually the most difficult to find).
