My father was at college in Edinburgh with my mum, in 1980. His name is Oscar Armando Morales Rogel (not sure of exact spelling). I'm pretty sure he was born in December 1940, but not 100% sure. He has 3 other children Monique, Oscar and Daniel, from a previous marriage. He returned to San Salvador (due to civil unrest), but planned to return. My mum subsequently found out she was pregnant, but had no means to contact him. He never reappeared, and when I was about 2, my mum was told by a friend of his that he had gone missing.
I have 3 photos of him, but that is all. If anyone can help, or give me any idea how I can go about finding him, or my 3 step-siblings, it would be greatly appreciated.
I lived in Scotland until 2 years ago, but now reside in Australia.
