5 days ago I was informed about the existence of an older brother, which, of course I've never met! I was told that he was born between 1963-1966, at St. Mary's Hospital, Port Arthur, Texas! I dont know the name of the mother, the only thing I know is that she worked as a waitress in a greek restaurant, at the time. I also know that our father's name , Spiros Rogakos, is written on the birth certificate. I am Elena Rogakos. I can even describe with words how it feels like to know that there is someone out there, that shares the same blood with me. I am greek and family is the beginning of everything!Just keep me and this name on your mind! Life has its magic ways!! Thank you!

Reason: Moved from Texas forum.
And whats making this more unbelievable is the fact that 2 years ago I found another brother, who I got to meet past February so, this is huge for me!!!!!
There is no one by that name listed in the Texas Birth Index, as father or son. Either she didn't list him as the father, gave a different name for the father, or put the child up for adoption and the original name was struck from the record.
I suggest you try to get more information from your source. Especially the mother's name. Even a first name would help. Any other name your father may have used? Alternate spellings? Month of birth of the child?
elladara If you click on his/her name than you can send them a direct message.
