I am looking for a man named Michael Summerton. He has family in Cleveland but is from Philly. The last time I saw him was ten years ago. He is in the asphalt business (may have his own company). At the time I met him he had two sons. May be in his late thirties to mid forties. If anyone knows of a man that fits this description then please leave me a post. I really really need to find him (for good reasons).
I will know if I have found the right person by a series of questions that I will ask. Weeding out the fraudulent!
