I'm trying to find a friend I lost contact with about 5 years ago. She lived in Winchester, Va for a few years and while here married and divorced. Her middle name is Thana and she's about 40 years old. Her married name was Vaites, spelling may be wrong, but I believe she went back to using Powell after the divorce. I THINK Powell is her first husband's last name, not sure what her maiden name is. Both her first and second husband were named John (how's that for convenient, lol). While living here she worked at Papermill Place and Cracker Barrel as a server. She moved back to North Carolina and I stayed in touch with her for a while, but lost her number when I damaged my phone and not long after I got a new number. I believe she is probably living somewhere in the Raleigh/Durham area. Her children live there with her ex husband and she moved back to be closer to them. I think her daughter would be about 10 now and her son about 7. I'm asking for help here because I've never searched for anyone before and I seem to keep hitting a bunch of deadends. I did do a google search and came up with an address, but that didn't pan out. Sent a letter and it came back in today's mail marked "Doesn't live here" As far as I can tell she doesn't use FB or any other social media. I check these pages a few times a week and see the magic you guys have worked finding people. Please help me Thank you for taking the time to read this

Looks like the last name is Gahagan... maiden name maybe? send you a pm with her job location and address/phone number for a residence.

She also uses her middle name (Thannaa) for her first name at times.

An Elisha Powell sold one of the addresses you may have (1217 Umstead Rd) so that address is obsolete.

If Gahagan is her maiden name, she is likely in touch with her parents, so look for them as well.
