I'm trying to locate my mother, grandmother and grandfather's birth certificates. My mother was born I belive in Baton Rouge, but I always thought it was Bastrop. Her name was Mary Richardson, mother Ola Mae Richardson and father Lige Richardson. My grandmother, 2 uncles and mother came to California when my mother was five. I never knew my grandfather, I was told he passed away. My mother died when I was nine, I'm now 21 and trying to find her birth certificate so I can have something to hold to and in away get to know my grandparents.
