Seeking information on our blind Uncle William "Billy" MAXWELL JR. He was sent from Butte MT where he was born to OR about 1928 and the family lost track of Him and were not forthcoming about where He was or what happened to Him. Siblings when asked would just say he went to Oregon.
Recently we learned he lived much longer than we thought(because He was not mentioned as a survivor in His Mom's obit in 1955.
.......He died according to Soc. Sec. Death Index In PORTLAND June 1990!..
??? Did anyone out there know or work with HIM????? BLIND from birth He probably lived in assisted living of some type always. The Index lists Gresham,
Happy Valley and Portland as places where benefits were sent. I can e-mail photo.
