Looking For my Older Brother Mark S. Foster (father, name, letter)

His name is Mark Stephen Foster. Was born in El Paso, Texas on August 23rd, 1978. Grew up in Jackson, New Jersey his whole teenage life and graduated from Jackson Memorial Highschool in 1996. He then went into the Navy and was stationed in Hawaii for a while. As far as I know he is no longer with the navy. I need to get in contact with him because our father has passed away recently and the courts won't move forward until we can hear from him. Please if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

If your brother is the same Mark that I knew, he was my roommate in Hawaii.

He was still in when I got out in 2001, but I haven't talked to him since 2002. I've been trying to find him for a while now, but I don't have any contact info for him.
