Looking for birth mother from VA (location, photo, sister, father)

I have very little information on this but I am currently waiting DNA results to maybe help a little bit better. Her name is Marry and I believe my last name was spelled Cottongin. Was put up for adoption in Richmond Virginia. I have this picture of her and what I was told is my sister. Anyone who could help would be very appreciated. I was told she moved to Florida if that helps. I will check forums often so untill I find something out and try to repost my DNA results. Thank you - Alphonso

Where was that second photo taken in 1992? Some hard nosed digging might be able to identify the location based on the business sign in the background. That could lead to names of other people who lived in the area who may know more than you already know. The tiniest of clues can lead to bigger clues.

Cottongin is a very unusual name. I'm not finding anyone at all who would be your parent's age, but I am finding a person who would be your grandfather's age in Richmond VA in 1999.
