looking for my father (old, name, Michigan, USA)

Hi, my Name is Karin and search my father in the usa.
the only information that we had, is her name Ralph Basil Mitchell and he lives maybe in Atlanta /Giorgia, he is 69 or 71 years old and was at the airforce in rammstein (germany) on 1960.
Please can you help me, to find my father??
Or send me informations, how we can find him.

Try peoplefinders.com and zabasearch.com. There is one on zabasearch that was born May, 1939, living in the state of Michigan (abbreviation: MI).
