looking for Rebecca Rowan (picture, friend, daughter, old)

I am trying to locate my 26 year old daughter. Her name is Rebecca Rowan and I have not spoken to her in 2 years. The last I heard, she was living in Davenport, IA, that was about a year and a half ago. I think she has made some bad choices in her life but I am desperate to find some news about her, her wherabouts, and her conditon. I have custody of her 7 year daughter, who also has not spoken to her Mom in 2 years and who she has not seen her since she was 3. I am desperate to find someone who knows anything about her whereabouts. If anyone has any information that may help me locate her, please respond. She also has some ties to Galesburg, Ill.I have attached the last picture I have of her, which was taken about 3 years ago.

My name is Anthony Carson, I'm not sure if you remember me but I was A close friend of becca's from 16 to shortly before she left town.I too have worried and wondered about her.I pray you find her and she is ok.We all miss her very much and wish she would come home.I hope you and Jazz and Christy are well.God bless.................anthony

Could there be any chance that your daughter is in Baltimore, MD. I myself am a former Rebecca Rowan. However, I know of another Rebecca Rowan in the area. Here are two addresses I know for the Rebecca Rowan I am talking about.

I am looking for a Rebecca Rowan that lived in Ft Lewis washington from about the years 1993-1995, we went to clarkmoor elementary together, could this be her?
