McCall and Boise folks - can you help find a friend? (phone, old)

I am looking for an old friend (1971) from the military, Jasper O. Bliss III. I found a reference to Jasper O. Bliss II in Boise and Jasper in McCall, but no addresses or phone numbers.

If there is anybody out there who knows either the dad or son, please pass along this message.

Thanks! This was an old message I did not figure out how to delete. I knew Jasper "Bud" Bliss in Vietnam, and we have been in contact now for a while. Another friend from our platoon found several phone numbers and after trying a couple, I found the right one. We actually got together last May at a reunion.
