I am looking for one last person. This is for my brother, its his dad. I have more info on him than I did mine though. His name is James Scott Jones, DOB August 4, 1963. He was also in the Army in Germany but it would have been in the 1984 range. I know he originated in Tennesse. I also have his parents names. Dad-James Roy Jones-Mount Juliet, TN and his mom-Mable Ruth Jones (maiden-Hargis)-Fairville, North Carolina. But on the marriage certificate if I'm reading it right, it looks like he might have gotten his passport in New Orleans in November of 1983. Thanks.
