Looking for nephew born in Indiana. Mother (adoptive mother) may have been from Oklahoma according to non id info.
Born August 27, 1972 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. (adoptive father) is suppose to be from Indiana. Boy was finally given up around or about june of 1973. Lived with

Mother for awhile then foster home(S). Have 4 mo. old pics.
